John Bolden, TLIR Founder and Principal Consultant, will be your personal interview mentor and coach. He will help you get ready to ace the interview. John is intimately familiar with the process, the nuances and the subtleties of the interview.

 

Over the course of his career, John has interviewed hundreds of candidates for executive, management and subject matter expert roles. John is also retained by executive training centres where he acts as the ‘hiring manager’ during training sessions designed to prepare students for the cut and thrust of the interview. John is well versed in role play across a variety of typical executive personalities ranging from ‘dictatorial despot’ through ‘hail fellow, well met!’ types to those full of their own self importance ‘let me tell you all about me!’ and more…
